Treasure Island Sailing Center has been
serving the community for an entire decade! For the last ten years, TISC
has engaged over 6,700 participants in the joy of sailing. In 2009 TISC
will serve more than 1,500 children, ages 7 to 18, including 100 who are
physically or developmentally disabled, through its various programs.
TISC is pleased to announce that we were
awarded a $5,000 grant from the St. Francis Yacht Club Foundation
followed by a $5,000 matching grant. We need your help to receive the
matching grant! We have until the end of the year to raise $5,000 in
individual donations. Make a donation today to help us meet our goal!
As of 11/12/09 we have raised $2,875.00
towards our matching grant funds but we still need to raise $2,125.00

The Treasure
Island Sailing Center is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to
improve our community and the sport of sailing by providing access,
facilities, and sailing instruction to people of all socioeconomic
backgrounds, skill levels, and physical abilities.

time summer instructors and year round part time instructors! Please

Sailing Level 1 Certified.
